How long is each M4 session, and how often should it be used?
A single session of 15 to 30 minutes is generally suggested. Cumulative illumination of the same area on the same day should not exceed 30 minutes. For the first 7 days, once daily is suggested; after adaptation, every other day, keeping 2-3 times per week.
What preparation is needed, and who should not use it?
Full-body exfoliation the night before is suggested. Before illumination, remove all clothing and metal jewelry, remove makeup, cleanse the skin, and wear dedicated eye protection. Pregnant people, those with hypertension, heart disease, malignant tumors, photosensitivity, or recent use of photosensitizing drugs should not use it.
