EFFECT Anti-aging System

EFFECT is a multi-function anti-aging and skin-improvement beauty system. It has a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen with 360° rotation, a U.S. Haydon stepper motor (stated service life up to 10 years), and a high-power DC fan cooling system. Dedicated handpieces include: 1) a pointed microneedle handpiece with intelligent negative pressure that drives a microneedle array vertically into the skin, using 0.18mm gold-plated needles (needle-tip size 0.01mm), with a built-in identification chip and sensors to detect needle type and depth, plus a nano-level filter to help prevent intake of skin debris and oil, in 10 / 25 / 36 / 49 / 64 PIN sizes, insulated and non-insulated; 2) a flat handpiece with 40x40mm, 20x20mm, 10x10mm, and 5x5mm treatment heads; 3) an ice-hammer handpiece with intelligent temperature control and cooling comfort. The system supports voltage adjustment based on skin impedance and 24-hour real-time monitoring.

1. The control system receives treatment parameters and drives the U.S. Haydon stepper motor to move the microneedle array, which enters the skin vertically under intelligent negative pressure. The RF system adjusts voltage according to skin impedance (P=U^2/Z). Non-insulated needles can emit RF energy across the surface to heat upper and lower layers together; insulated needles mainly deliver energy at the needle tip to help protect the epidermis. Combined with the flat RF handpiece and ice-hammer handpiece for treatment and temperature control, the system is used to support collagen remodeling and multi-dimensional skin improvement.
