How long is each M1 session, and how often should it be used?
15 to 30 minutes per session is suggested; the same area on the same day should not exceed 30 minutes. For the first 7 days, once daily is suggested; after adaptation, every other day or 2-3 times per week.
What preparation is needed, and who should not use it?
Full-body exfoliation the night before is suggested. Before illumination, remove all clothing and metal jewelry; hydrating gel may be applied; dedicated eye protection must be worn. Pregnant people, people during menstruation, and those with hypertension, heart disease, malignant tumors, or photosensitivity should not use it.
How are the M1 stand and body adjusted?
The body supports 360° free rotation, stand height can be adjusted about 20cm up or down, and the base has casters so sitting, lying, and other postures can be matched flexibly.
